Hypertrophe Narben (Keloide)

Hi All
This has been one of my projects for a while. I was diagnosed with keloids that appeared symmetrically behind the top of my shoulders in my 20s (behind the left shoulder the scar is about 10cm and behind the right is about 5cm long).
Recalling my 20s I had a very difficult time and I had a very traumatic experiences. The acne of puberty continued into the 20s and as student, I was always carrying heavy loads on my shoulder with books, equipment that rubbed on my shoulders, I was travelling a lot at the time. On top of that I was smoking too (2 Depth).
The keloids are itchy seasonally, I always been concerned that in a long run they could developed into something more serious and they look aesthetically unpleasant.
The GP recomended to remove them with surgery, but at the time I decided that wasn't worth it, because there were a high chance that will reappear back with a vengeance.
I forget about them until I found JSJ, that promise to get rid of scars.
I cannot point out how it happens I wasn't particularly streaming for this project. Until last year my sister visited me and she noticed that my scars had really got smaller, they are not bumpy anymore, the dark colour are totally faded and turn into light brown/pink and I noticed that there are not itchy anymore and they have improved considerably. No doubt this is the miracle of JSJ.
Since last year approximately I've been streaming both shoulders:
Left shoulder; the Left Hand on the 11/3 or Lr 11/3 + Right Hand on the Left shoulder scars
The reverse for the other side.
Could you please advice me what more could I stream for this project? thanks in advance

Dies ist seit einiger Zeit eines meiner Projekte. In meinen 20ern wurden bei mir Keloide diagnostiziert, die symmetrisch hinter meinen Schultern auftraten (hinter der linken Schulter ist die Narbe etwa 10 cm lang und hinter der rechten etwa 5 cm).
Wenn ich mich an meine 20er erinnere, hatte ich eine sehr schwierige Zeit und machte sehr traumatische Erfahrungen. Die Akne der Pubertät hielt bis in meine 20er an, und als Studentin trug ich ständig schwere Lasten auf meinen Schultern, darunter Bücher und Geräte, die an meinen Schultern rieben, und ich war damals viel unterwegs. Außerdem rauchte ich auch noch (2 Depth).
Die Keloide jucken saisonal, und ich hatte immer Angst, dass sie sich auf lange Sicht zu etwas Ernsterem entwickeln könnten, und sie sehen ästhetisch unschön aus.
Mein Hausarzt empfahl mir eine Operation, aber damals entschied ich, dass sich das nicht lohnte, da die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch war, dass sie mit aller Macht wieder auftreten würden.
Ich hatte sie vergessen, bis ich JSJ fand, das verspricht, Narben loszuwerden.
Ich kann nicht sagen, wie es dazu kam, ich hatte mich nicht besonders auf dieses Projekt konzentriert. Bis mich meine Schwester letztes Jahr besuchte, bemerkte sie, dass meine Narben deutlich kleiner geworden waren. Sie sind nicht mehr so uneben, die dunkle Farbe ist völlig verblasst und hat sich in ein hellbraunes/rosa verwandelt. Ich bemerkte, dass sie nicht mehr jucken und sich deutlich verbessert haben. Das ist zweifellos das Wunder von JSJ.
Seit ungefähr letztem Jahr streame ich beide Schultern:
Linke Schulter; die linke Hand am 11.3. oder Lr 11.3. + rechte Hand an den Narben der linken Schulter
Die andere Seite umgekehrt.
Könnten Sie mir bitte sagen, was ich für dieses Projekt noch streamen könnte? Vielen Dank im Voraus.
