Good morning

At the deathbed for the Caregiver
If your loved one pulls their hand away, sighs heavily, or shows any signs of restlessness when you touch a specific area,
honour that immediately. At this stage If direct touch is too much, you can sit nearby and hold
your own thumb or index finger with awareness. Because energy is interconnected, it will project a calming, harmonizing frequency into the room.
How to use your breath to stay calm while sitting vigil.
Sitting vigil is a profound act of love, but it can also be emotionally/physically exhausting. The dying person is often highly attuned to the energetic atmosphere of the room. By using your breath to stay anchored, you create a calm that helps your loved one feel safe enough to let go.
Use your breath to ground your own energy at the bedside.
In JSJ, the breath is the ultimate tool for clearing and receiving energy. Simply bring your conscious awareness to it.
The Exhale (Dropping the Heavy Energy): As you breathe out, imagine the breath moving down the front of your body—from the top of your head, down the chest, into your abdomen, and down into the floor. Consciously let go of your shoulders, your jaw, any fear or sadness. Think of the exhale as emptying out a heavy cup.
The Inhale (Receiving Abundance):As you breathe in, imagine the breath rising up the back of your body—from the floor to the tailbone, up the spine, over the back to the head.
Receive the breath as pure, revitalizing energy. You don't have to pull it in forcefully; just allow the clean air to fill the space you just emptied.
Connecting with Your Loved One Breathing
If your loved one’s breathing is irregular or labored, it is very natural to find yourself holding your own breath or matching their erratic pace. This can make you feel dizzy or anxious.
Instead,
rest your hand very gently on their hand or arm, or simply sit close by.
Focus entirely on your own steady, slow exhale. Do not try to force their breathing to match yours.
As you exhale steadily, hold the mental intention:
“I am breathing out peace into this room.”
Your calm acts like a tuning fork. Even if their breathing remains shallow, they will pick up on your stability and begin to rest into it.
Remember whenever you feel overwhelmed, experience a wave of anticipatory grief, or feel a surge of panic:
Exhale drop the shoulders and feel the weight of you feet flat and visualize any tension leaving your body through the soles of your feet into the earth and inhale deeply, hold your thumb (to clear anxiety and worry).
Gentle Reminder,:
Be exceptionally kind to yourself right now. If you find your mind racing or your chest tightening, it is not a failure. It is simply a sign of how deeply you care. Take a slow breath out,
touch your own wrist or thumb, and allow yourself to just be present in this exact moment.
With kindness and love.
Namaste!

Guten Morgen

nehmen Sie dies sofort.
